About
A small team,
a traceable chain,
and a patient craft.
Domla AI LTD is a London-registered private company building Islamic AI that scholars, students and institutions can actually trust. We ship two things: a consumer app for everyone, and a compliance platform for Islamic banks.
Our principles
Chain of narration
Every answer is tied to a source: collection, hadith or ayah reference, page, author. If the evidence isn't there, the model refuses to answer.
Scholar-guided curation
Our corpus is curated under the guidance of leading scholars to include only content acceptable by Ahli Sunnah Wal Jama'ah scholarship. Every source is individually verified before inclusion.
Scholarly integrity
We don't issue original fiqh rulings, and every claim traces back to its scholarly source. The AI references curated scholarship and never exercises independent ijtihad.
The people
Two sides of one craft: the engineering that carries the knowledge, and the scholarship that vouches for it.
Muhammad Hasankhon Munavvarkhon
Founder
Leads the technology side of the house: the retrieval architecture, the models, and the product. His work is to make sure that what the scholars have verified is exactly what the system delivers, that every citation points to a real record, and that the machine refuses rather than improvises when the evidence is not there.

The Prophet's Mosque, Madinah
Dr. Imom Muhammadkhon Ubaydulloh
Head In-House Scholar
A student of Shaykh Muhammad Sodiq Muhammad Yusuf, and of Shaykh Ramadan al-Buti and Shaykh Tawfiq al-Buti at Jam'iyyat al-Fath, the al-Azhar branch. He holds a PhD in theology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and is counted among the leading scholars of Central Asia.
Every source in the Domla corpus, and every behavior of the system, passes through his review. When this site says a work was individually verified before inclusion, his is the review it refers to.

We understand this work as a continuation of the tradition of Mawarannahr, the land that gave the ummah Imam al-Bukhari and Imam al-Maturidi. That tradition preserved knowledge by holding it to the strictest standards of verification available in its age. We are trying to do the same thing with the tools of ours.
The system's outputs have been rigorously tested by other scholars across Central Asia beyond our own team, and that review is ongoing.
