Delete your Domla account
If you would like to delete your Domla — Islamic AI account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:
- In the app:Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
- On this page: Fill out the form below to request deletion without needing the app.
When your account is deleted, we permanently erase your profile, chat history, preferences, and all stored data. This action is irreversible. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.

Is Domla a fatwa service?
No. Domla is an AI-powered Islamic knowledge assistant for education. It is not a fatwa service and does not replace qualified scholars. Always consult a qualified scholar for personal rulings.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google. Cancel from Settings > [Your name] > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account directly in the app via Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use the deletion form above on this page. Deletion is permanent and irreversible; active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via your app store.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. Email privacy@domla.ai. We respond within 30 days under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
